Our clients range from major OEM’s to single machine users which provide a challenging portfolio of support activities. Not everyone’s requirement is the same so we are able to offer tailor made packages to suit individual end users.


We offer ongoing support for most machines within the current and obsolete DEK range – both in terms of new replacement items and also a repair route for higher value items helping end users to extend the life of their present machines.

Our spares are very competitively priced; usually there is a considerable saving over buying from other sources. We have strategic repair routes for commonly failing items to allow us to offer service exchange on high value items; for spare parts that have become obsolete or have been found to be troublesome we usually offer newer, more modern yet fully compatible alternatives.
